Pre-MId-Post Rapture the Critical Issue
"My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge" Hosea 4:6.
As I listen to those who are theoretically educating, inspiring and guiding Christians, it has become apparent that the message God wants them to convey is directly tied to their view of the timing of the rapture.
Even though in one sense of the word the timing of the rapture is secondary to the fact, in another sense it greatly matters because it impacts the way we see things and our corresponding response.
For example....
Pre Tribers believe they will be raptured before the 7 year Tribulation. Rather they encounter hard times before the rapture is not covered in this post. Note: Christians in Houston, Florida and Puerto Rico, would probably conclude that they will encounter rough times before the rapture.
Mid Tribers believe they will go through approximately 3.5 years of hard times before they are raptured to heaven.
Post Tribers believe they will go through the entire 7 years of Tribulation, and Christ returns that quickly rise and than make a U-turn to come back with Christ.
The Unique Perspective regarding the Here & Now of each of the groups differs as does their theology and that is the primary focus of this post.
Pre-Tribers seem to put the emphasis on the here and now.They tend to reject the need for survival food and things of that nature. As they believe they will be raptured before the Tribulation of the book of Revelation. They tend to not be concerned about the MARK.
Mid-Tribers are often more concerned about surviving 3.5 years of hard times, much less what might occur before the Trib as was evidenced with the recent floods. They are also very concerned about NOT TAKING the MARK.
Post-Tribers mimic Mid-Tribers but they have more to be concerned about. Not only do they have the same concerns as Mid, but they have to figure out how to not be martyred as 2/3 of the world's population is likely to perish during this 7 year period.
At 73, I am looking at a 10 year window in my own mind and committed to keep my health so that I can experience the next 10 years to imph-degree. To clear the record I am a Pre-Tribers who believe the true Church will be raptured in all likelihood 1 to 2 to 5 years prior to the TRUE TRIBULATION as defined and explained in the Scriptures.
I was recently asked by a Mid-Triber what it would take for me to become a MT. I simply said, they would have to re-write both the Old & New Testament.
I don't appreciate long post, so I will make this quick and add more some other time.
Mid & Post use Matthew 24 as their main text. Problem with that is the Disciples never had a clue about the 2,000+ year Church Age.
The Disciples were schooled in the OT which never alludes to the Church Age or a long gap between the resurrection of Christ and His return to...........PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION....set up His Kingdom on earth. The non Messianic Jews are all about the thousand year Kingdom where Christ rules and reigns and they are integral here on earth.
THE CHURCH was a a MYSTERY throughout all the ages until revealed to Apostle Paul in his heavenly encounters. It is the writings of Paul that is the post resurrection message of Christ and that which our theology rest. Colossians 1:26

Football-Politics-Anthem-Kneeling
After watching the national anthem for the Giants/Eagles game, and then hearing Judge Jeannine's monologue, I had no choice but to put on my consultant's hat and state what seems like a totally logical conclusion to the situation for everybody.
IF I WERE ADVISING THE PLAYERS would suggest that you decide what it is you are disappointed about and create you own list, then merge your list with the all the others list into a Master Team List. Then have EVERY PLAYER who wants to, sign the COMPLAINT LIST.
As each player writes out his list, they will discover that writing crystallizes thinking and it will provide each person who is taking a knee, with the opportunity to wisely think through their gripes. This will also enable individuals to determine if they are just following along or really have significant gripes.
The Master List for the NFL needs a significant name, like when Lincoln enunciated his Emaciation Proclamation. It becomes the official statement of the NFL and the players who sign it. Once the gripes are crystallized, then the players will be able to stand for the Anthem and we as a Nation can begin to remedy the challenges that surface in the Proclamation. One of the many reasons for the Proclamation is to set the stage for solutions. After all, it is pretty difficult to remedy the unknown. Ideally, each team creates their own List, and their may be one big NFL Proclamation signed by all the players from different teams.
IF I WERE ADVISING THE OWNERS it is already too late for the owners, who were not proactive way back last year. I don't follow this much, but I am willing to bet that some owners have said, there will be no kneeling, and some owners are no longer in control. For owners who have already said no kneeling, they have once again proven that being proactive is a far strategy than being reactive. For the owners who are now in a corner, I suggest you take a real close look at the aforementioned to the players. It is what I would do, and I see no other clean way to move towards solutions instead. The Team List is for local and state effort. The NFL Proclamation is for national. Note: If you are an "no kneel" owner, I suggest you do this too as you do not want your players suppressing all of this....get out and get on with life.
IF I WERE ADVISING THE NFL would say, get it fixed soon. Over the last 5 years, your brand has lost tons of ground. Only advice is write up the rules and the consequences. How tough is it to go over every problem you have ever had, write what it was and then the consequences you want to impose. If things are in writing and the players and owner know the rules and consequences, things tend to run smoothly. If I were Roger Goodell, I would do this plan. It is an easy way to get out of the eye of the storm and put it all on the owners....which is where it belongs.
IF I WERE ADVISING PRESIDENT TRUMP many people do not understand Donald Trump. One of his roles is reversing political correctness. The things he is shaking up have been around in some form for awhile. They are not new to Trump. Trump is bringing much to a head. The wonderfulness of that is we can get some things fixed that have been broken to some degree for far to long. As to he said to NFL, wouldn't have used SOB, but guess what the conversation was about all weekend. Talking is first step is getting a solution.

On Wednesday, December 2, 2015, I posted Russia's End Game in Syria and Middle East.
I stated, based upon reports, insights from the Scriptures, and common sense, it seems that Russia is striving to accomplish the following objectives:

- Maintain Assad’s rule; Russia’s entry point to the Middle East.
- Cause chaos in the Middle East. That usually means a rise in the price of oil, which is good for Russia as its main export is oil.
- Pave the way for Iran’s military presence in Syria and northern Iraq.
- Secure their position as a major player regarding polices that impact the Middle East; the place of critical waterways that transport oil to the world.
- Maintain a warm water port in Tartus, Syria, likely to never leave the area.
- Maintain a large air presence in Tartus, Syria; likely to never leave.
- Eliminate the terrorists that are striving to unseat Assad. This includes ISIS and the so called “moderate rebels” fighting to overthrow Assad.
- Legitimize Iran as a force to help maintain peace in the Middle East.
- Establish territory for Assad to control that will include Damascus and Aleppo as well as other territory within an imaginary line that runs north to south across the nation. This line will intersect with Jordan in the south and Turkey in the north.
- By mid 2016, Russian and Iranian troops will subdue the moderate rebels and topple ISIS headquarters. This will greatly weaken ISIS and take the spotlight off of them to some degree. Many ISIS fighters will stay in the area and wait for the opportunity to help build the Caliphate again.
Once #10 is accomplished, Russia, Iran and possibly Iraq, will police the area formerly held by ISIS.
Number 10 is relatively close to occurring. Even though I missed the timeline, it would seem that my prognosis was quite accurate. You may want to read the entire post before continuing with post, as this post assumes you have read the December 2, 2015 post.
THIS POST IS MY PROGNOSIS FOR THE FUTURE.
Simply stated, Syria/Russia will control the western portion including all the ports and airfields in the West. Iran and Iraq will eventually control the center and remainder of Syria, excluding the portion in northeast where the Kurds will be in control.
At some point in time, Iran will absorb the Iraqi troops (some will voluntarily join Iran, some will be killed, some will flee back to Iraq). Regardless, Iran will be in control. That will continue until something sparks a war between Turkey and Iran. That war will be nasty, but Turkey will prevail and drive Iran back home. In the process, they are likely to continue into Iraq and butt up to Iran.
Somewhere along the way, Israel will destroy Damascus and this may happen soon or into the future. Soon would be tied to ISIS in the Golan later is likely tied to Iran. At some point, they may decide to go all the way into Damascus. The danger would be war with Russia, but they could agree to control all but the ports and airfields along the coast and far west.
On when it happens will we know when Turkey decides to move on Iran so keep an eye on Iran in terms of their aggressiveness. Only God knows this timeline. Could be a year or two or ten.

Every Minister's Biggest Challenge

Repubican Christian Pharisee Spirit
In spite of massive headwinds, Donald Trump emerged as the
nominee. Now, some ultra conservatives and Evangelical Christians are
creating new headwinds. Common complaints are: Trump is not righteous
enough, he isn’t a true Conservative, he is too crass, he is a horrible
role model for children, he isn’t a Christian, he is a Racist, his
temperament isn’t suitable for a President; etc, etc, etc.
This same deceiving Spirit was prevalent during the 2012 election. Romney was too liberal, he was a cultist Mormon, and he wasn’t acceptable. As a result, the booby prize for Evangelicals was the second term of Obama, which gave rise to numerous regulations, laws and dictates that grossly contradict Christian beliefs and values. It is my guess that much of what has occurred during the last four years, would not have occurred during a Romney administration.
I call what is happening to many Evangelicals a Pharisee Spirit because it is judgment that is based upon a faulty premise and accompanied by a spirit of deception. The unsatisfied aggressors seem unable to project forward the impact of their decision and the consequences regarding their party’s attempt to regain the White House. If you do not vote, in essence you are voting for the person with whom you LEAST agree.
What is in it for the far right and Evangelicals if Trump looses to Clinton? As a conservative Evangelical, for the life of me, I cannot determine one good consequence if Clinton wins. The significant differences between the two candidates as depicted below, are massive and in stark contrast:
Clinton: Globalism. This includes a porous border, greater alignment with UN and global initiatives, greater influx of Mideast immigrants.
Trump: Nationalism. This includes protecting borders and placing the interest of American’s as top priority.
Clinton: Large government, bloated bureaucracy’s, increased government spending, additional government control and greater national debt.
Trump: Smaller government, elimination of waste, fraud and abuse, balancing the budget.
Clinton: Liberal Supreme Court Justices that lead to less of a Judeo-Christian nation.
Trump: Conservative Supreme Court Justices, along with his commitment to reaffirm Christianity.
Clinton: Obamacare on steroids; Universal Health Care, and ultimately a one payer system.
Trump: Eradication of Obamacare, completing policies across state lines, a pool of funds to make sure that the destitute have equal opportunity for health.
Clinton: Greater control of education via Dept. of Education
Trump: Placing the format and agenda of education in the hands of the States.
Clinton: Continued dependence upon EPA and other government agencies to further restrict commerce.
Trump: Cutting back on unnecessary regulations that thwart small business.
Clinton: Taxes remaining high across the board.
Trump: Simplifying the tax code and reducing taxes on small businesses.
Clinton: National minimum wage
Trump: Wages established by counties based upon demographics and business climate.
Clinton: Political correctness will expand with Judeo-Christian values being assaulted, and Christians being the ones most negatively affected.
Trump: Political correctness will be buffeted from the top down and perhaps a new way of looking at the world will be set forth.
Clinton: National security will remain nebulous, and rebuilding the military will not be a priority.
Trump: National security and rebuilding the military will be a top priority.
Clinton: Rebuilding our infrastructure, as with Obama, will be mostly a talking point. Our roads, bridges and inner cities are likely to continue to deteriorate.
Trump: Will put an emphasis on rebuilding America from the inner cities outward.
The differences are quite stark and you can discern for yourself, what is in it for the far right and Evangelicals if Clinton wins the upcoming election. Ironically, in the last two elections, there was almost as clear a distinction between McCain/Romney and Obama, yet approximately 6,000,000 Evangelicals voted for Obama in both 2008 and 2012. Clearly lack of discernment and spiritual blindness in full bloom. If for no other reason: Obama/Clinton: Pro abortion upon demand, and Obama for sure was in favor of late term abortion while in the Senate.
Trump: Pro life and open to providing women with options when life threatening issues are in play.
One would think that in the previous two elections, the Obama abortion position along with all the information presented by Dinesh D’Souza, scores of websites and numerous commentators, would have swayed the Evangelicals to vote Republican. Yet it didn't...and it will be interesting to see if the previous points are sufficient to sway Far Right Conservatives and Evangelicals to vote for Trump, or will history repeat itself.
Currently,i t looks like we are getting ready to repeat the folly of the past, using the same bankrupt rationalizations. . Why...because many Christians are spiritually bankrupt, deceived, judgmental to a fault, and bound by a Pharisaical spirit.
Conclusion: “A house divided against itself cannot stand” (Mark 3:25). I suggest that you have a conference call with yourself and decide which candidate you want to see in the White House. One of them is indeed going to become President; you will live in the world of your own choosing, so get behind one and do all you can to help vault that person into the White House. No decision is a decision to vote for the person with whom you LEAST agree.

The Rapture Verdict
Currently, there is increasing interest in the timing of the rapture. Based upon
much of what I have heard, and due to the inept understanding of the Scriptures, I
actually feel sorry for some of the presenters and saddened for those buying
into some of the conclusions.
It will serve
us well to define the rapture and shed light on Matthew 24, the chapter that is
often pivotal in the rapture debate. Simply stated, the rapture is an unknown moment in time when
believers in Christ are snatched from the earth to meet their Lord in the air (1Thessalonians 4:17). Proving the
validity of that event is not the purpose of this post.
My sole
objective is to share a couple of thoughts on Matthew 24. It is important to note that
the Gospel of Grace/Justification by Faith, along with the concept of the Church/Body of Christ were revealed only to Paul...several years after the
death and resurrection of Christ. They
are Christ’s revelations after His ascension and the central pillars of Paul’s Gospel (Romans 16:25) and core theology of today's Church.
At the time of Matthew 24 it is vital
to note that the Disciples of Christ were totally unaware of the forthcoming Church Age, now some 2,000 years in duration. Conversely, they
were totally aware of, and eager to learn their role in the soon coming Kingdom as
promised to Israel throughout the Old Testament.
The disciples were not even aware of God's plan of salvation at the cross. They
were ardent believers in the Jewish Messiah, and primarily interested in who would be the greatest in the soon coming Kingdom (Matthew 18:1). For sure, they were clueless regarding the forthcoming Church
Age that concludes with the Rapture of true believers in Christ.
Thus, when the disciples asked Jesus about
world conditions at the time of His return, they were not alluding to the rapture,
but to the time when He would come back to the earth to establish the prophesied Kingdom, of
which they would be part of the ruling elite.
There is no mention in the Old Testament
regarding the Church Age…the Disciples were expecting to be persecuted and after a
period of time, likely 7 years, they were expecting their Messiah to return and establish His Kingdom on earth.
In Matthew
24, the Disciples had no clue as to the Rapture, and to make a case for the
Rapture based on Matthew 24 is like forcing a square peg into a round
hole.
Even though
I have an opinion regarding the timing of the Rapture, proclaiming anything
other than BE READY is not my passion.
My passion
is to inspire people to live a life of In-Syncness, regardless of world conditions. My guess is that in the future, it is only going to become more difficult to live a biblical-based life.
